Travis Country is billed as "Austin's First Environmentally Planned Neighborhood," so they have a strong emphasis on a fusion between man and nature. Travis Country borders Gaines Ranch and Regents Hills luxury mansion homes to the west. Travis Country is an established community with soaring oak trees and features a nice blend in the age of homes. Homes in Travis Country were built from 1973 to about 2000, with a few built after 2000, so there is quite a gap in style. The average size of homes in Travis Country is about 2,500 sqft.
