Gracie Matthews brings 10 years of experience handling innovation and cost engineering management positions at one of the world's largest tech corporations to the commercial real estate field. Successfully closing multi-million transactions in multi-family apartment complexes, land acquisition, retail, and industrial she has quickly made a name for herself. Beating out a record number of applicants, she was awarded as Austin Board of Realtor's Rookie of the Year with nearly $16m in 16 closed commercial and residential sales transactions and another $1.5m in 11 closed commercial and residential lease transactions in her first full year in real estate. She has lead the development, sales, and leasing of a commercial real estate business park development project. Gracie now serves on the Board for the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR).  While proving herself as a woman who can do it all working residential transactions, her specialty is in commercial and large acreage land tracts for developer and investor buyers and sellers. Gracie speaks fluent English, Korean, Japanese, and Spanish.
